I am a fully certified Personal Trainer with multiple years experience in running and triathlon competitions.

I started my adult life as a corporate athlete. Getting from one client meeting to another in the City of London was about the most running I did back then.

In 2008, I discovered the joys and benefits of running and soon my idea of 'fun things to do on the weekend...' included running 5km and 10km races. Since my first race in 2009, I have learnt so much about what my mind and body are capable of. Running is a funny sport - you just put one foot in front of the other, but through this I've realised how resilient and disciplined I can be, as well as how much stronger and faster I can be, more than I could ever have imagined!

My initial enthusiasm however was too much for my physical capabilities, and during the first 2 years of club running I suffered from all of the usual injuries associated with the sport. Because of this, I learnt the value of incorporating strength and conditioning work into my training.

Having taken up cycling to / from work and swimming as a way to keep active whilst off running, I decided to give triathlon a try in 2012 and have been hooked ever since!

My sporting endeavours have seen me take part in 2 Half-Ironman triathlon races to date (1900m Swim - 90km Bike - 21km Run), as well as multiple sprint-distance triathlons (750m Swim - 20km Bike - 5km Run) and Olympic distance triathlons (1500m Swim - 42km Bike - 10km Run). I still dabble in my first love of running by participating in Marathons, Half-Marathons as well as Trail Races, and generally enjoy all manner of outdoor sports including skiing, hiking, lake swimming, and have even tried Canicross with my dog although it turns out he's not nearly as competitive as I am!

In April 2017 I became a mum to baby Kai, followed by baby Miya in 2019. They have taught me the importance of ante and post natal exercise, and I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with other women.

In my spare time you will find me (and my equally active dog Luka) walking or running in and around the Geneva area. If you see us out and about, don't hesitate to stop us to say hello!

In 2016 I fully certified as a Personal Trainer through a leading Swiss training body FITSPRO which is recognised by FISAF International and the Geneva Cantonal office of Economy, Training and Research.

I am also certified as a Level 1 British Triathlon Coach and spent some time training athletes at the Herne Hill Harriers running club based in London. In early 2018 I received a YMCA Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercises for Ante and Post Natal clients. In 2021 I certified as a Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist accredited by PROnatal Fitness which is a US based institution recognised by leading authorities in the fitness industry such as ACE, NASM and AFAA. In 2023 I certified as a Menopause Coaching Specialist through GGS Academy, a US based leading Women’s Coaching organisation recognised by ACE, NASM, AFAA,NSCA and many more leading bodies.

Further qualifications include First Aid certification in BLS-AED, and Baby and Children's First Aid both recognised by the Swiss Resuscitation Council (SRC).
