You will start with a face to face or telephone consultation to define your goals and timelines using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) objectives.
I will then provide a tailored training programme that allows you to work out on your own without having to worry about how to structure your training.
You will check in with me on a regular basis via phone or face to face to keep you on track.
I will also be keeping you inspired by sharing relevant articles and social media posts to help keep you on track.
